Insurance Claim Assistance · start to finish

Hail hit your street. Here is what happens next.

Most policies cover a full replacement when the damage is documented early, but deadlines apply. Even a roof that looks fine from the yard can carry damage that qualifies.

“I was the first in my neighborhood to have my roof replaced after a bad hailstorm a little over a month ago and most of my neighbors still have not had their roofs started. Prices were reasonable and fair, a rarity here in NWA.”

  1. Inspection

A roofer on the roof, not a guess from the driveway

We check the whole roof system for hail and wind damage: bruised and cracked shingles, granule loss, flashing, soft decking and the gutters. It is free, and there is no pressure to file.

  2. Documentation

Photos and notes your insurer can use

Every hit is photographed and written up. You get the report and an honest read on whether a claim makes sense, before anything is filed.

  3. Adjuster on site

We meet your adjuster at the house

A Richardson roofer walks the roof with your adjuster so the damage is assessed and valued properly. If the first answer is wrong, a reinspection with your roofer present is the next step.

  4. Tear-off + walkthrough

New roof, clean yard, final walk

Once the claim is approved: tear-off to the deck, water and ice barrier, the shingle you chose, new flashing and ventilation, cleanup, then a walkthrough with you.
