Roof replacement · Springdale, AR
Roof replacement from the first nail pulled to the final walkthrough.
A family-owned Springdale roofing company, on N Thompson St since 2009. We tear off to the deck, check what is underneath, and put a new roof on that is built for Northwest Arkansas weather.
Chapter 01
What fails first on a Northwest Arkansas roof
Most roofs tell you before they quit. Shingles go missing, curl at the edges, or crack. Granules wash down into the gutters and pile up at the bottom of the downspouts. A stain shows up on a ceiling after a hard rain, and then shows up again. Past the 20-year mark, and after any hail or storm that hit your street, a full replacement is usually the honest answer.
Not sure whether yours is there yet? We do free roof inspections to help you decide, and we will never recommend unnecessary work. If a repair is all it needs, we will say so.
We are based in Springdale and serve homeowners across Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville and Fayetteville. Clean workmanship, weather-rated materials, and warranties on both the materials and the workmanship come with every roof we put on.

How the tear-off runs, one step at a time
Every replacement follows the same six steps. One: tear-off and removal of the old roofing. Two: inspection of the decking and underlayment, so soft spots are found before they are covered. Three: installation of water and ice barriers. Four: new shingles or roofing material of your choice. Five: ventilation and flashing upgrades. Six: a thorough cleanup and a final walkthrough with you.
Most average-sized homes are replaced in one to two days. Larger homes, complex rooflines, several old layers, or heavier materials can take three to four days, or a week or more.
Richard Sobczak, one of our Google reviewers, had a 55-square roof with class 4 impact resistant shingles taken off and replaced in one work day, starting at 6:30 am and finished by 6:30 pm. On cleanup, the review says only two stray nails turned up afterwards.
