Project overview

After significant hail damage, this residential community in Springdale needed a large-scale roof replacement to protect its buildings and the people who live in them. The job covered 23 buildings, about 1,100 roofing squares in all, along with 4,500 linear feet of gutters.

02

The challenge

Severe hailstorms had compromised the existing roofing system, which made a full replacement the most effective long-term fix.

A property this size takes careful planning, coordination and efficient execution. The goal was to keep disruption to residents as small as possible while holding the same quality across every building.

03

The solution

Our crew completed a full roof replacement using CertainTeed Landmark Class 3 impact-resistant shingles, which add durability and better protection against the next hail event.

Alongside the new roofing system, we replaced 4,500 linear feet of gutters so the water the new roofs shed drains properly for the long term.

04

The result

The community now has a durable, impact-resistant roofing system built for Arkansas weather. It improves the look of the property and protects the residents for years to come.
