Roofing services from a Springdale family crew

Richardson Roofing has worked from N Thompson St in Springdale since 2009. Most of our calls start with hail or a leak, so the first three jobs below are the ones we do most: a full replacement, a hail claim handled with your adjuster, and a repair that gets the water out. The rest follow.

Item 01 · Tear-off to deck

Roof replacement

Full tear-off to the deck, water and ice barrier, the shingle you choose, new flashing and ventilation, then a walkthrough. Most homes are done in one to two days.

Signs it is time: shingles missing, curling or cracked, frequent leaks, granules collecting in the gutters, a roof past 20 years, or recent hail and storm damage. If a repair will do, we say so. We never recommend unnecessary work.

  • Old roofing torn off and hauled away
  • Decking and underlayment inspected
  • Water and ice barrier installed
  • Shingles or roofing material of your choice
  • Ventilation and flashing upgrades
  • Cleanup and a final walkthrough

Item 02 · Claim file

Hail damage + insurance claims

Photos and documentation for the claim, a Richardson roofer on site with your adjuster, and the new roof once it is approved.

This is our specialty: full roof replacements paid for through your homeowner’s insurance. If hail hit your neighborhood, even a roof that looks fine can carry qualifying damage, and deadlines apply, so the sooner it is documented the better.

  • Free inspection of the whole roof system
  • Photos and documentation for your claim
  • A Richardson roofer on site with your adjuster
  • Honest advice on whether filing makes sense

Homes and commercial buildings

Residential work is most of what we do: asphalt shingle replacements, hail claims, repairs and gutters on Northwest Arkansas homes. The same crew also installs and repairs TPO, modified bitumen, metal and flat roof systems on offices, warehouses, retail centers and industrial buildings, with ponding water, membrane failures and storm damage at the top of the list.

Big jobs are fine too. We replaced the roofs on a 23-building community off Carley Road after hail, and you can read how it went in the Carley Road case study. Questions first? The FAQ page covers costs, timelines and insurance.
